Karen Nelson is owner and coach at Book It Fitness. She’s a NASM certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and virtual coach, an ACE certified group fitness coach, and an RRCA certified running coach. As a former librarian, she combines her research experience with her passion for fitness and nutrition to help you take the guesswork out of health and fitness.
